General questions
What it does, whether it fits how you work, when signup opens. If we can't do the thing you need, we would rather tell you now than have you find out in month three.
Early access
Tell us you're interested and we'll send one message the day signup opens — that message, and nothing else. It helps to know what you do and what you're using today.
Security and vendor questions
If you're a bookkeeper or a CPA filling in a due-diligence questionnaire, ask directly. We would rather answer "no" in writing than let you infer a "yes".
A few things worth knowing before you write
- Signup isn't open. We can't set you up with an account yet, however keen you are.
- Prices aren't set. If you ask what it costs, the honest answer today is that nobody has decided. The package pages show exactly what's in each one.
- We don't do payroll or file taxes, and we're not a CPA firm. If that's what you need, we'll say so straight away.
- Applying to the Native American Owned Business program happens inside the product once you have an account — there's nothing to send us in advance. How it works.
